The Bayliner 3870 makes a great cruiser or liveaboard. The boat is powered by twin fuel efficient 210 horsepower Hino diesel engines. With 305 of fuel capacity, you will have plenty of range. The direct drive prop shaft runs in tunnels allowing for a shallow draft of 38 inches.
Step aboard into the cockpit. There is sliding door for cabin access, two deck panels for easy access to the mechanicals and an engine room access door.
Climb up to the bridge for the best views. The full enclosure will provide plenty of protection from the elements. There is plenty of seating for guests.
The helm is fully functional. Electronics consist of a VHF, Garmin MFD with radar, autopilot and a full array of gauges and switches.
The cabin is spacious with a large settee that converts into a double berth. There are plenty of windows allowing for great views and light.
The lower station is on the starboard side. The main power panel on the helm was recently replaced along with other components such as two Mastervolt chargers and extensive wiring replacement.
The layout provides plenty of room with its large double berth, that extends under the cabin sole. There is a surprisingly large forward stateroom with a private head.
The layout provides another head with a separate shower that can be accessed from the master stateroom or mid-cabin. The galley is ample size, with a full-size refrigerator.
Two ac units keep the boat cool. The Kohler generator has been recently serviced and provides plenty of power.
