Interior layout
This Immaculate Regal, 252 Commodore, 26' is in amazing condition. The boat has always been stored in a climatized indoor environment and is located at Executive Storage in Fairhope, Alabama. A boat mechanic owned the boat up until March of 2018 when my wife and I bought the boat. The mechanic (Owner) rebuilt the 250 HP Volvo Penta motor in 2017 and has approx-100 hours. It starts and runs like the wind. We had the boat completely updated/renovated with all new upholstery, Underwater LED lighting, new LED exterior footlights for safe walking at night, new AC, Flat-screen TV, New Prop, new 50' shore power cord with two adapters, Immaculate Head with sink and shower. The new aluminum tri-axel Tarpon trailer is 2014 and has a deluxe breaking system. The boat is comfortable and fully equipped for weekends and is a joy to operate. We enjoyed the Regal throughout the summer of 2018, and then it became apparent that our new business would require too many hours and we have elected to sacrifice and sell this beautiful jewel. We also have a condition report by "Boat Hincheck Report" stating clear title and integrity report with no accidents and in excellent condition. Also, the Executive storage unit (where we store this Regal) is available to rent. We also have the complete historical documents for maintenance and improvements.
