Well maintained 1994 Pacific Seacraft 37 with lots of extras! Ready to sail!

This 1994 Pacific Seacraft 37 is a great choice for a bluewater offshore cruiser.
It has a fast and safe design done by the renowned naval architect, William Crealock.
It has a 3-ton lead-modified keel for stability and direction with a skeg-hung rudder.
Cutter rigged with stepped-on deck mast.
Harkin Jib reefing and roller furling systems for head sail and staysail. Schaefer traveler forward of the dodger, rope vang, winch handles, 2 Lewmar #48 winches on gunnels, 2 #16 winches to the right of sea hood, and a Lewmar #16 winch to the left of sea hood.
Inside the spacious cabin, the salon has a 6' settee berth to port and an L-shaped settee to starboard with cushions that have been re-covered with tan durable leather-like material with dry storage underneath and converts into a double berth.
A fold-out dining table serves both sides of the settee.
Headroom in the salon is 6' 3 and the sole is teak and holly.
The U-shaped galley has a two-burner gimbaled stove with an oven & safety grab bar, a top-load 12-volt refrigeration unit, and a dual sink with a manual pump water system.
There's a 6-gallon hot water heater, a pressure water system, and a 20 LPG tank in the cockpit locker.
The fore-cabin with a privacy door provides a quiet spacious offset double berth, 7' long, 47 wide with a large regular mattress and side dressing seat.
The head has a hand-held shower, manual flush
toilet with sauna seat, stainless steel 11 oval sink, and vanity.
There's plenty of storage throughout the whole cabin.
Powered by a 50hp Yanmar 4JH2E with low hours.
Loaded with a Raymarine Quantum Q24 Radar, Raymarine Axiom 9 Chartplotter, transducer, US charts, and a Raymarine EV 100 wheel pilot.
