Very rare 1996 Ebbtide! The RX-7 of boats, powered by a Supercharged Mazda 13b Rotary Engine with only 10 hours!

This 1996 classic Ebbtide 20 is the RX-7 of boats, powered by a Supercharged Mazda 13b Rotary Engine!

This 20 foot Ebbtide Jet boat is one of only a few of these unique rotary powered boats produced and to the owner's knowledge, may be the only still in use and in very good condition.

It is very well constructed, solid and strong. The supercharged 13b produces nearly 300 hp making this boat fast and one of the smoothest power / speed boats ever built.

Produced in 1996 by Ebbtide Marine in conjunction with Rotary Marine Industries.

As the 2nd owner, he purchased the boat in 1998 with the engine apart. Since his business was building Mazda race engines, he built a fresh engine that kept the boat running great for nearly 20 years. Always well maintained and looking great, Even the Gel coat still looks good.

Then about 5 years ago he found oil in the bilge, a tiny rust hole in the oil pan was the cause. He decided to update everything and make it better than new. It was completely stripped down. Refurbished heat exchangers for the freshwater cooling and oil system. All new fuel system, tank refurb, pump and all the fluid lines and hoses for fuel. cooling and oil replaced. replaced steering & control cables as well as a fresh mil spec wiring harness, lighting and switchgear installed at the same time with upholstery and teak look soft deck as well.
