Interior layout

The Westerly Ocean 43 has a living space far greater than many boats of the same length with an ideal layout for cruising with another couple or children. Below decks, CAMBRIA is finished to a high standard in European white oak with a low-maintenance and durable teak/holly laminate cabin sole throughout. All counter tops in the galley and the heads are constructed from a lightweight fiberglass casting made to resemble granite (similar to Corian®). The broad companionway steps lead from the cockpit to the salon which offers comfortable seating for six. Across from the salon, on the port side of the boat, is a dedicated nav station. Forward of the salon, there's a pilot berth (starboard) that can be used for extra storage or a workshop. There's a head and shower opposite with Jack and Jill doors to give the v-berth a private ensuite. The walk-through galley (starboard) is lined with impressive cabinet storage on both sides and is set up for safe offshore sailing. It leads to the aft cabin which has a centerline European King bed and private ensuite (port). There's generous shelving for books and plenty of dry storage for provisions and gear throughout the boat for extended cruising.
