I am looking for someone who would like to consider a partial or full trade for my boat. I am for the most part interested in Real Estate. She's a 2002 43' Fountain Pajot Belize, a sailing catamaran. It was a $500,000.00 boat when new and is still in very good condition. Asking price $243,000.00 There are no encumbrances, debt or taxes due on the vessel, it is held in a Panamanian Corporation, which can facilitate an easy tax free transfer.

This Fountaine Pajot Belize 43 sailing catamaran is one of the most popular cruising catamarans of all time. Its the perfect boat as she is fast, safe, comfortable and fun. Easy to handle for a couple, yet spacious for entertaining family and friends or taking on additional crew for passages. It is well known for its superior sailing capabilities in all weather, ease of handling and unparalleled cruising comfort. The Maestro version is the 3 cabin owner's version which dedicates the starboard hull to the owner. King size bed and walk in shower are some of the benefits the Maestro can offer.
With the many conversions this is the perfect live aboard. The large salon feels even bigger with a coffee table rather than large dining table. It is easy to get around the sofa and having a place to put your feet up, makes it feel like home. The sofa has 2 sets of washable fitted slip covers for the bottom cushions and back pillows. The salon and galley windows have Phifertex shade screens to help keep the boat cool. There are also interior curtains for privacy and added shade. There is also a small sun/rain shade on the bow which allows you to keep the salon windows open when there is light rain. The galley has Adler Barber refrigeration systems, a three burner stove top and an oven.
The Navigation station has a VHF radio, Raymarine HD HybridTouch Radar/Chart Plotter, Raymarine wind instrument and depth meter. SSB radio hook up. (current radio died), GPS The hard top for the cockpit was added in 2004 and has a full dodger enclosure so you stay nice and dry. It really increases your living area on those rainy days. The dodgers can also be attached to the life lines on sunny days to allow for maximum air flow and shade. There are seat cushions and throw pillows for the entire bench seating in the cockpit. There are 2 extra folding chairs so you can easily fit 6 around the dining table.
The master bed has been converted to a King while retaining access to the storage area beneath the bed. The lounging sofa has been replaced with shelves, a.k.a. shoe storage, and bench seating added.
The forward berth has been turned into a pantry and workshop. The port side of the hull has shelving for dry goods secured with shock cord. There is a shelf towards the bow for the 35 quart Dometic freezer and tool storage underneath. It's also a nice step to get into the Port side crew quarter. On the starboard side of the hull is a work bench with vice and cubbies for storage also secured with shock cord.
S/V Ocean Mandalay is fine example of a Belize 43 Maestro that has been loved, cared for, and maintained by the present owner. She's taken them everywhere they wanted to go and now she's ready for you to follow your dreams. After several idyllic years cruising the Caribbean, this carefully maintained and fully cruise-equipped catamaran is now offered for sale.
