Beautiful 2002 Carver 450 Voyager Pilothouse powered by low hour Twin Volvo Penta Diesel inboards.
This exceptional Carver is located and docked in Venice, FL. New Garmin electronics, new Nibral props, boat kept in freshwater all its life until 2020, less than 1000 hours on the diesel inboards.
Although Carver calls this slick-styled Motoryacht the Voyager Pilothouse, it doesn't have a true pilothouse. It does, however, have a well-defined lower helm station, a skipper-friendly command post that fulfills function as well as fantasy.
Once at the helm and surrounded by navigational tools, gauges, controls, etc., one will feel more like a jet pilot. Raised a couple of steps above the salon, the lower helm station includes both an extremely comfortable helm seat and a plush Ultraleather- upholstered lounge with seating for 4-6 adults. This beauty also has a bow thruster.
The Carver's nicely styled layout is basically everything one would expect: one forward stateroom, another one amidships, a head for each, and galley is up, adjacent to the salon. A nice feature of this boat is the amidships stairway between the lower station and the flying bridge
The Carver engineers have soundproofed the 450 Voyager so well that you can hardly hear the diesels, especially from the flying bridge. With her generous nonslip, full-length side deck rails and overhead grab rails, the 450 is easy to get around on.
