The Hunter 426 DS has a large cockpit with folding table allowing good flow and good storage; wide, uncluttered side decks allowing easy access to the bow; spacious, large windows in the raised (deck saloon) coach roof which give excellent light and visibility below; superb interior layout with 2 cabins and 2 heads, each with separate shower; and spacious salon and galley. Pamela Rae generously sized and well laid out in a practical L-shape, the galley is fitted with a two-burner stove and twin deep stainless-steel sinks set in Corian countertops. The centerpiece of the main saloon is a glossy varnished table with a center leaf that pulls out to convert to a coffee table. The U-shaped dinette can be converted to a double berth by the drop down of the table. The aft head contains a separate stall shower which can be accessed from the main cabin or the aft stateroom. She has a Bergstrom & Ridder rig which features spreaders swept back 30 degrees.
