Located in Racine, Wisconsin, this 44-foot 2005 Roberts 45 is a great custom-built ketch sailboat available for immediate sale.

This is the ketch rigged, center cockpit version of the Roberts designed 45K, built of hand-laid fiberglass. This is a center cockpit design, with an incredible master stateroom aft with a centerline island berth. The aft
the stateroom also has a workroom built into the perimeter, for work or repairs while underway.

The engine compartment is in the center of the boat below the cockpit, and off to the starboard side is a comfortable sea berth for great sleeping underway, or for extra guests.

The boat has great access to the engine compartment and easy access to all filters and pumps.
As you move forward into the salon, the nav station is immediately to your right, and the galley is wrapped around the companionway to port.

Under the salon floors are the built-in fuel and water tanks. Next forward is the salon, with a U-shaped settee to port and a settee to starboard.

Throughout the entire boat, you will find an amazing amount of storage; since the tankage is under the floor, all of the space under the berths is available for
storage.

Still moving forward, the head with shower is forward of the salon and to port. Finally, the V-berth is next, including a tall set of drawers, a mirror, and
a shelf that can be installed over the forward section of the berth for additional storage space.

All cabinets are solid walnut (no veneer) Solid walnut trim (no veneer), white oak ceilings, and solid teak parquet flooring.

This custom-built Roberts 45 ketch was designed by world-renowned Australian boat designer and builder Bruce Roberts who was well known for his wide range of sail and powerboats built in fiberglass, steel, aluminum, and epoxy resin. There are over 30,000 Bruce Roberts designs in service worldwide.

This 44-foot ketch design provides an incredible amount of space with berths fore, aft, and mid-cabin. Beautifully appointed woodwork throughout.

The spacious galley includes gimballed stove and a large icebox and a filtered water system. A large dinette/settee provides ample seating space for a large crew and extra sleeping space for a long passage.

Head out confidently onto the water with a 75 HP Yanmar diesel engine. The engine is in clean condition and has low hours of use.
