This is the owners two cabin model with incredible detail to quality teak and holly woodwork and live aboard comfort. The cushions were recovered with ultra leather, there are curtains, blinds and screens for all the hatches. In addition the salon and cabin feature plenty of opening ports and hatches for good ventilation including three skylights for additional light in the salon. The master cabin is forward with a center line double berth and en suite head with separate shower stall. The dinette table with center leaf with convert into a double berth and the is 6'5 headroom in the salon. The guest cabin is aft with its own private entrance to the second head. Nav station is to port.

The Galley is to starboard with additional working and storage space unique to the owners model. The is a 12v top loading freezer with and front loading refrigerator. There are double sinks and Corian counter tops. There is hot and cold pressure water, a propane stove and oven in excellent condition and a microwave. Due to plenty of counter space and storage this design is well suited to offshore use.

We have been sailing in the Caribbean on our boat for the last three seasons and now we're ready for the next challenge. Kasoumai is a fabulous sailing vessel, comfortable and in excellent condition. She is off the grid, well maintained and fully equipped. The boat has an 8hp generator, 20 gal/hour water maker, solar panels, full instrumentation including radar, dual A/C, Bimini, dodger and all necessary equipment for sailing and comfort aboard.
The boat is located in Grenada, West Indies, a direct flight from Toronto, London or the US.
When we bought the boat in Florida in 2018, we spent two months preparing her for long term cruising, this boat is definitely ready to go. She is Canadian registered so no tax required and has never been chartered.
