READY TO SET SAIL!! Located in Prince George, BC
Main, CDI furling Genoa, 60 hp Evinrude outboard (30 hours) and aluminum trailer included in the price! Boat and trailer weigh about 4,200 lbs so it can be easily towed. Daggerboard-equipped, dual-rudder, rotating spar, motor-sailing model introduced in 2002 and produced until 2013. It is capable of 19 kn (35 km/h) under power, with no water ballast. The length overall is 25.83 ft (7.85m), the waterline length is 23.2 ft (7.06 m), boat empty 2,550 lb (1,157 kg) and it carries 300 lb (136 kg) of fixed ballast and 1,150 lb (522 kg) of water ballast. It has a draft of 5.75 ft (1.75 m) with the daggerboard down and 1.00 ft (0.30 m) with the daggerboard up. The fuel tanks holds 24 U.S. gallons (91 L; 20 imp gal) and the fresh water tank has a capacity of 5 U.S. gallons (19 L; 4.2 imp gal). The boat has a hull speed of 6.45 kn (11.95 km/h)

As a sailboat it is self-righting and very stable. It's sweet to sail using the centerboard and twin rudders and, if you are suddenly becalmed? Not a problem. As a motor boat this MacGregor's reliable, Evinrude 2-stroke, 60hp motor can get you out of any tricky sailing situation. It even allows you to pull a water skier or a person on a float, adding to its versatility. This MacGregor is in excellent shape because it has only been sailed about twenty times and only in fresh water ... 6 different lakes. Tarped and stored in large enclosed shelter during winter time.

With a 12”draft, when the tanks are empty and the centerboard raised, you can even pull it up on a sandy beach. The cabin is roomy with a galley and berths to sleep six and additional sleeping space on a fair night for two on the cockpit's 6' long benches. The cabin also gets big points for having an enclosed bathroom with a porta-potty.

The steering wheel allows people to move easily through the cockpit. A stainless steel, swim ladder off the back makes access from the water or onto the trailered boat simple. Because the captain's seat swivels up and out of the way, you have straightforward access to both the swim ladder and the motor.
Finally the fiberglass hull and removable cushions make this boat a breeze to keep up, so it holds its value. Added benefit: more time for you to enjoy it! Call 250 967-4330.
