Remarks
This boat is a classic daysailer with room for you and friends - a real Cape Cod cat with a shallow fin keel for added stability and windward performance.
It has a 10’4” cockpit, offering plenty of room to stretch out and relax. It is full of lockers: Two fiberglass seat lockers that provide access to inside hull storage and two hinged teak seats that provide access to wet storage in cockpit for line, fenders, tools, supplies, etc.
On deck is an insulated, built-in ice box with drain overboard. Below is comfortable cushioned seating for four, with quarter berths that extend under the cockpit to provide 6’6” of sleeping spaces for two. The portable head stores under the cockpit floor and is pulled out for use.
The exclusive and patented MastendrTM mast raising system has revolutionized the trailer boating experience. I have been able to
easily raise and lower the mast, though I am 75 years old.
The custom designed trailer has power brakes, four wheels to disperse weight and spare wheel attachment.
Boat has been professionally maintained.
