The Rollerboat is 60 feet long by 18 feet wide. It can accomodate a 45' motorhome, and up to 65,000 lbs. of weight.

The motorhome's rear wheels are positioned on rollers that are connected to the outdrive of the boat. When you accelerate using the motorhome's gas pedal, the Rollerboat is propelled forward. The outdrive will go into reverse when you put the RV in reverse.

Steering is controlled by a fly by wire which is an electric controlled hydraulic power steering system. A controller is attached to the motorhome's steering wheel and to a motor at the stern drive. You steer by moving a toggle for left or right turns.

The builder calls it a modified catamaran. It has two 48 by 48 five section pontoons 48 ft long and a 3 ft center section the length of the pontoons. This gives a 10 ft by 3 ft by 48 ft watertight center section for the mechanics, electrical and storage. The reinforced deck extends 12 feet forward of the pontoons, allowing the boat to get closer to the ramp.
