This Scout 231 XSB is a boat that is designed for the serious fisherman, but with the family in mind as well.

Powered by a 300 HP Mercury Verado motor, she has plenty of power to get you where you want to go with speed and comfort. Tested speeds are just under 60 MPH per the factory. With only 2 hours on the motor, this boat has not even been broken in yet. The seller decided he wants a bigger boat, so they are selling it now.

The passenger capacity is 8 people, and there is plenty of great seating for everyone!

There are so many features to highlight, and this boat has many upgrades too.

You'll appreciate the large, wrap around seating in the front of the boat, with plenty of storage under the seats. The two seats in the bow of the boat also have the optional headrests. There is an oversized lounge seat in front of the cockpit, with arm rests, and lots of storage underneath for your personal items, or for the fish you're sure to be catching.

There's also an anchor locker in the front of the boat, with additional storage room there as well. This boat also features the Scout Post, a unique setup that allows you to use the fiberglass anchor pole through the front of the boat for easy shallow water anchoring.

There is no trolling motor with this boat, but it's prepped for one, and there is an additional battery storage area in the center console that will hold 3 more batteries (the boat has 2 batteries now). There is also room for a porta-potty in the center console, but one does not come with the boat.

In the cockpit area, you'll appreciate the wrap-around windshield that will keep you dry, and a leaning post with dual chairs, both with separate bolsters. You'll also find a full array of electronics including the Mercury engine monitoring system, a Garmin 943 fishfinder-tracker and trim tab controls for the Lenco trim tabs, as well as the controls for the stereo and accessories.

All of the seating has the beautiful diamond stitching for a touch of elegance. The sound system is something the whole family will enjoy too! The Razor Lights in the front of the boat will help make sure you have plenty of light when you need it.

This boat features two 26-gallon livewells, under-gunnel rod holders, rocket launchers and plenty of great storage for all of your gear and belongings.
